About Gilmer Pickleball Club

Our Code of Conduct

The Gilmer Pickleball Club and its members embrace the values of good sportsmanship and it is essential that club members and officers model this through good behavior, leadership by example, and show self-control. Members are expected to:

Not engage in unsportsmanlike conduct or encourage others to do so.
Not engage in any behavior that would endanger the health, safety, or wellbeing of others.
Not engage in the use of obscene language or gestures.
Not disparage the club on social media platforms.
Not use the club records or materials for personal gain.
Give opportunity for the Board/club to address issues, concerns, complaints, opportunities first, before engaging outside parties.
Treat others with respect.
Exhibit fairness and honesty in dealings with others.
Support the club and Gilmer Park & Rec. policies, procedures, plans and initiatives.
Accept responsibility for their own actions.
Exemplify the highest standard in ethical behavior and fair play.
